My son arranged for his goods to be shipped overseas and I was appointed to oversee the pickup by Orbit. The team of two polite young men arrived at the locker storage five minutes ahead of the agreed time. They worked methodically, and unhurriedly, handling the many boxes carefully and respectfully.
As a bonus they even engaged in interesting conversation. I was duly impressed!
